Terms of Service

By accessing or using the STERK Builders website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

STERK Builders provides interior design and custom furniture manufacturing services including but not limited to: • Kitchen cabinet design and installation • Bedroom and wardrobe solutions • Living room furniture • Office furniture systems • Custom woodworking • Design consultation

3.1 Quotations All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs and design modifications. 3.2 Contracts A project contract will be provided detailing scope, timeline, payment terms, and specifications. Work commences only upon signed contract and receipt of initial payment. 3.3 Design Approval Client must approve all designs and material selections in writing before manufacturing begins. Changes after approval may incur additional costs.

Standard payment structure: • 50% upon contract signing • 30% upon completion of manufacturing • 20% upon installation completion Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, check, or credit card. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

STERK Builders provides the following warranties: • 1 year warranty on workmanship and installation • Hardware warranties as per manufacturer terms • Material warranties as per supplier specifications Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

All designs, drawings, and specifications created by STERK Builders remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce or use these materials for purposes other than the contracted project without written permission.

Clients are responsible for: • Providing accurate site measurements and access • Securing necessary permits and approvals • Clearing work area before installation • Providing electrical and plumbing connections as needed • Timely decision-making and approvals

STERK Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total project value as stated in the contract.

Project cancellation terms: • Before manufacturing: Full refund minus 20% design fee • During manufacturing: Cost of materials and work completed • After manufacturing: Full payment required

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quezon City.
